Labels in Google Mail
How to Create a Label1. Open up your Google Mail. Click on the message that you want to label to bring up the labeling option.
2. Click on the downward facing arrow next to the label icon.
This will bring you to a drop menu. 3. Under the drop menu, select CREATE NEW.
Note: My screenshot will look different from your email because I already have many email labels started that I use. 4. In the field where it says "Please enter a new label name" type ENGLISH 2 FORM RECEIPTS.
Now you have successfully created a label. Now you can use it to organize email.

How to Use the Label1. In Google Mail, put a check next to the email that you want to label.
2. Click on the downward facing arrow next to the label icon.
3. Click on the checkbox next to the label that you want to use.
In my case, I want to use ENGLISH 2 FORM RECEIPTS. 4. Your email will be tagged or labeled with English 2 Form Receipts.
NOTE: You can put multiple labels on an email if you wish.
Retrieving Labeled EmailsIn the left-hand side of your Google Mail you should see the following:
Hover over this part in order to expand it to see all your labels. Once you see your label, click on it and you will see all emails tagged that way.
